There were only a couple staff members who spoke English so it was difficult at times to communicate. The staff work at the guest house, restaurant and rental shop so a lot of times there was no one at the reception desk and you had to go searching for them. The hotel itself was very clean and lovely, we would definitely recommend staying here!

- 16 May 2013, Mr Nicholas B.The staff wasn't as helpful and nice as we hoped. When we didn't book a minivan through them because we wanted to stay another night, the guy that works there was annoyed by that and ignored us for the remaining time. That was quite rude considering he was still nice to others. Really weird.
