Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No - Show and the full amount of the booking will be charged to your card.
There were only a couple staff members who spoke English so it was difficult at times to communicate. The staff work at the guest house, restaurant and rental shop so a lot of times there was no one at the reception desk and you had to go searching for them. The hotel itself was very clean and lovely, we would definitely recommend staying here!
