Unless requested, these items will only be changed and rooms cleaned upon checkout.  Linen and towels very rarely need to be changed on a daily basis with daily changes using high amounts of water, detergents and energy. By avoiding the unnecessary daily changes of bed linen and towels, this not only reduces precious resource usage but also prolongs the life of the towels and sheets. By staying at properties that don't wash bed linen daily you are helping to preserve countless amounts of clean water and energy as well as reducing the use of harsh detergents and cleaning chemicals. You would very rarely change your bed linen and towels at home on a daily basis, so please think before you hand in your room key for your room to be made up.
