Nam Ha Jungle Camp Trek (3 Days)

We begin at 9am at the Suti Travel office and take a tuk-tuk and stop at a Lanten ethnic minorty village along the roadside, before continueing to the Khmu village village 20 minutes away that lies with the Nam Ha Protected Area. There we can see daily and traditional culture and custom of theirs. We’ll meet our local Khamu guide who leads you trekking in the jungle.

After that we start our trekking from the village to the mountain and trek a long the stream. Enter into the heart of the Nam Ha national protected area, and along the way, you may encounter villagers collecting forest products or local herbs and natural medicines for sale in the market .

Our Khmu guide shows and teaches about the traditional experience Khamu way of cooking a meal for lunch, and after that, we walk down the hill until to Sabok waterfall and then trek along the ridge in the dense jungle terrain about two–three hours until we reach our jungle camp for the night

Day 2:
After breakfast we trek up the mountain and cross a ridge about two–three hours offering beautiful views of the Nam Ha National Protected area.  Making camp, our Khmu guide shows us and teaches about the traditional Khamu way of cooking a meal while in the forest

After dinner, and during at night our guide lead you to looking wildlife on the ground or on the top of the trees as it offers a better opportunity to see the wildlife.

Day 3:
After breakfast, we trek up the mountain and along a stream, through jungle terrain until to we get to the Nam Ha River. Trek along Nam Ha River and through the production areas and upload rice fields. The trip ends when we cross Nam Ha River. Pick up by either Tuk-Tuk or minivan to Luang Namtha city 4 or 5 pm..

For cancellations made 31 days or more before departure, a full refund shall be given.  For cancellations with 30 days or less notice, no refund can be issued.
