Located just off the main road as you arrive in Muang Sing, The Chanthimmeng Guesthouse is a two storey medium sized, fairly modern building that sits on the edge of the rice paddies. While being sparsely furnished it is cool and clean with high ceilings and thick walls. There is also a communal seating area on the second floor that leads on to a balcony with a television and water dispenser.

The Chanthimmeng Guesthouse offers clean but basic twin or double rooms. The rooms on the second floor all have hot water showers, with the double rooms having a view overlooking the rice paddies, the ground floor rooms only have cold water. All rooms are relatively clean and have standard amenities.

Owned and managed by a family of local ethnic minority Yao, The Chanthimmeng Guesthouse is centrally located with the centre of town, shops, markets, restaurants and other services only a 2 minute walk away.
